Seeley International is pleased to announce its acquisition of the Commercial and Industrial HVAC business of AIRA, a prominent Australian manufacturer of Heating, Cooling and Energy Recovery Ventilation equipment based in Melbourne.
Seeley International Group Managing Director, Mr Jon Seeley, said the purchase of AIRA’s heating, cooling and ERV business and the highly regarded AIRA brand, which comes into effect on 23rd May 2016, will significantly complement and extend Seeley’s commercial product offering to the market.

AIRA was founded in 1965 by the father of the current owner and Managing Director, Mr Ian Rich, who said the sale of AIRA’s HVAC operations allows his company to now re-focus its efforts on the other part of their business; the manufacture and supply of a wide range of Boiler Systems, under the new trading name of Airatherm.
