TERMS & CONDITIONS FOR THE ONLINE BRAEMAR DUCTED GAS HEATING SURVEY:
1. Each eligible customer who participates in and completes the online Braemar Ducted Gas Heating Survey will be entered in the draw to win one (1) of ten $100 gift cards. Redemption details will be provided when gift cards are distributed to the winners.
2. An eligible customer is a customer who purchased a brand new Braemar ducted gas heater from an authorised Seeley dealer between the dates of 01.09.22 to 31.08.23 in Australia or New Zealand and has had their product warranty registered (to Seeley International’s satisfaction) on Seeley International’s database of new product warranty registrations for Braemar Gas Heating products. Each eligible customer may only enter the draw once, and the maximum number of gift cards that an eligible customer can win is one (1).
3. Participation in this Survey is deemed to be acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
4. The Promoter is Seeley International Pty Ltd ABN 23 054 687 035 (“Seeley International”), with its principal place of business at 112 O’Sullivan Beach Road, Lonsdale, SA, 5160.
5. The survey is only offered within Australia and New Zealand, to residents who are aged 18 years and over.
6. The survey will commence at 9am AEST on 30 October 2023 and concludes 5pm AEST on 12 November 2023, unless Seeley International decides at its discretion to discontinue the survey on an earlier date. The Closing Date of the survey is the date upon which the survey concludes or is discontinued, as set out in this clause.
7. Employees of Seeley International and its related entities, and participating dealers, retailers, installers, service agents or other agencies or businesses associated with this survey, and all of their employees (and any spouse, domestic partner, parent, guardian, child or sibling of employees of the entities referred to in this paragraph) are all ineligible to be entered in the draw and to receive a prize. They may however participate in the survey if they wish.
8. Prize will be drawn at Seeley International’s Lonsdale office at 9:00am AEST on 16 November 2023.
9. Each winner will be notified by post and/or email within 14 days of the draw taking place. If we are unable to contact the winner of a prize, or there are any unclaimed prizes, then those prizes will be redrawn 60 days after the Closing Date.
