It delivers high-performance, energy-efficient cooling below the wet bulb temperature of outside air, without adding humidity to the supply air.

The Climate Wizard’s patented technology delivers 100% outside air at near-refrigerated temperatures, using a fraction of the energy of traditional HVAC systems, cooling below the wet bulb temperature of outside air.
For even greater cooling a direct evaporative cooling stage can be added to the system.
How It Works?
- The Climate Wizard uses a patented heat exchanger core separating the airflow where evaporation occurs (working air) and the airflow that is delivered into the building (supply air)
- The core is an air-to-air heat exchanger consisting of alternating dry and wet channels.
- Hot outside air enters the cooler and the fan drives the fresh air through the dry channels.
- On exiting, some of the air flows into the building and the remainder is forced back through the wet channels.
- Air passing through the wet channels is cooled by water evaporation and cools the channel surface, before being exhausted as warm, moist air.
- The temperature of the fresh air passing through the adjacent dry channels is reduced and this cooled air is then transferred into the building without any added moisture.

When we speak about evaporative cooling "the drier the better" is very true. However, in commercial/industrial environments you will be using your evaporative cooler during the hottest part of the day, when the humidity is typically lower. No matter how hot it gets outside, evaporative coolers use the same amount of power and still deliver 100% fresh outside air. Evaporative coolers performance also increases as temperatures rise - again, in complete contract to refrigerated systems.

Yes. With no recirculated air (as from traditional refrigerated systems), evaporative cooling is the best solution for industrial plants, especially in production and packaging areas. Keeping doors or windows open (or using an exhaust fan), the fumes, germs, CO2 and odours are drawn outside while the cooler brings in 100% fresh air.
It is extremely important to properly manage water quality to extend life and reduce maintenance. Climate Wizard has a custom designed water management system that minimises water consumption and maximises cleanliness using a factory installed electro-chlorinator whilst continually monitoring and controlling water salinity in the reservoir. A unique water distribution system minimises water consumption and maximises cooling efficiency, draining water from the system during prolonged idle periods. An onboard alarm detects low water levels.
