Breezair, the air cooler for the UK: how does it work?

Evaporative cooling can be the best solution when cooling large industrial and commercial spaces in the United Kingdom.

An adiabatic (or evaporative) air cooler uses evaporation to cool the air.

A pump circulates water from the reservoir on to a cooling pad, which in turn becomes very wet. A fan draws air from outside the unit through the moistened pad. As it passes through the pad the heat in the air is absorbed, which lowers the air temperature. The same fan pushes the cool air through a ducting system, which then disperses the cool air inside the whole building.

Breezair’s non-clogging water distribution is one of the things that make it unique. The water distributor maximises cooling efficiency by supplying a continuous and balanced flow of water across the cooling pads. This is different to any other brand of evaporative coolers, which are subject to water flow variations for a number of reasons. Breezair’s balanced flow ensures highest evaporation efficiency and maximum cooling.

Breezair air cooler: How does it work

With its unique features and the technology made in Australia, Breezair shines above all others as an innovative world class evaporative cooler. Breezair is the most efficient evaporative cooler on the market and the best solution when cooling large spaces with high heat load. It is also more energy efficient than traditional refrigerated systems.

It is important to remember that the air cooler doesn’t recirculate the air inside the building. So you can leave doors or windows for this air to escape, or it’s necessary to install extraction fans. This way, an evaporative air cooler is healthier than a traditional refrigerated system. The system draws 100% fresh air, while germs and stale air flow out of the building.
