Braemar Reverse Cycle 7 Year Warranty Promotion T’s and C’s
Opt in to extend the existing 5-year warranty by 2 years
How these promotion terms operate
These terms do not replace or rewrite the Braemar warranty supplied with the product. They deal only with eligibility and registration for the additional 2-year period. If registration is approved, the same warranty continues for 7 years from the date of purchase, subject to its existing coverage, terms and conditions, exclusions and claim process.
Terms & Conditions
1. Promotion
1.1 These terms and conditions govern the Braemar Reverse Cycle 7 Year Warranty Promotion (Promotion). Information about how to register forms part of these terms.
1.2 The Promotion allows an Applicant to opt in to extend the 5-year domestic Warranty Period under the Base Warranty by a further 2 years at no additional charge.
1.3 To receive the additional 2 years, the Applicant must complete a valid online registration within 6 months after the Eligible Product is installed and must otherwise comply with these terms. The Eligible Product must be installed within six (6) months from the date it is purchased.
1.4 The Promotion is ongoing and has no fixed closing date. It applies to Eligible Products purchased and installed on or after 20 October 2026. Seeley International may close or amend the Promotion prospectively by publishing reasonable notice, but this will not affect an approved registration or an entitlement to registration that has already accrued.
2. Relationship with the Base Warranty
2.1 Base Warranty means the Braemar Reverse Cycle express warranty supplied with the Eligible Product, issued by Seeley International Pty Ltd, as applicable to products purchased and installed in Australia for personal, domestic, or household heating and cooling purposes at a residential dwelling.
2.2 For an approved registration, clause 1 of the Base Warranty is amended so that the Warranty Period of the first five (5) years from the date of installation is replaced with a Warranty Period of the first seven (7) years from the date of installation. No other provision of the Base Warranty is varied by these terms and all of its other terms continue to apply, including but not limited to its coverage, terms and conditions, exclusions, maintenance and servicing requirements, remedies, customer costs, service-call provisions and claim process.
3. Applicant and application
3.1 Applicant means a person who registers a new Eligible Product under the Promotion. The Applicant must:
register as a person and not as a company, partnership, trust or other organisation;
purchase and install the Eligible Product in Australia after the commencement date stated in clause 1.4 above;
install the Eligible Product for personal, domestic, or household heating and cooling purposes at a residential dwelling, and not for a commercial application or purpose. Commercial applications include but are not limited to nursing homes and aged care homes;
submit the approved online registration within 6 months after installation;
provide all required registration information accurately and completely; and
accept these promotion terms.
3.2 The additional 2-year warranty period is subject to all the terms and conditions of the Base Warranty, including its provisions concerning who may receive the benefits of that warranty.
4. Eligible Products
4.1 Eligible Product means a new Braemar-branded reverse cycle system in one of the following residential product categories:
ducted reverse cycle systems (but not Dominator Series);
high wall split systems; and
multi split systems.
4.2 The Eligible Product must be installed in a Domestic application. Products used or installed in Commercial applications, Dominator Series, Cassettes, and products outside the categories described in clause 4.1 above are not eligible for the Promotion.
4.3 For a multi split system, the outdoor unit and every connected indoor unit must be included in the registration.
5. Registration
5.1 The Applicant must complete the Braemar 7 Year Warranty online registration form at https://www.seeleyinternational.com/support/register-a-product-for-warranty/ within 6 months after the installation date of the Eligible Product.
5.2 The registration must include the following information:
the Applicant’s full name, phone number, email address and installation address;
purchase date, installation date;
6. Confirmation and claims
6.1 An automatic acknowledgement confirms only that the application for registration has been received. It is not validation or confirmation by Seeley International that the 5 year Warranty Period in the Base Warranty has been extended by an additional 2-year period.
6.2 Proof of purchase does not need to be uploaded when registering for the Promotion. The Applicant must, however, make available for inspection by the authorized service agent who comes to the location where the product has been installed, or send to Seeley International at the address in clause 8.1 below, within the Relevant Warranty Period, the legible and unmodified original proof of purchase, which clearly indicates the name and address of the original retailer, the date and place of purchase, and the product name or product serial number.
6.3 A claim during the additional 2-year period must be made in accordance with the claim process in the Base Warranty.
7. Administration and privacy
7.1 Personal information submitted through the registration form will be handled in accordance with the collection notice presented on the form and Seeley International’s privacy policy. The privacy policy is published on Seeley International’s website.
7.2 These terms are governed by the laws of South Australia. For the resolution of any disputes connected with the Promotion, the parties submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of South Australia and courts hearing appeals from them.
8. Promoter
8.1 The promoter is Seeley International Pty Ltd ABN 23 054 687 035, 112 O’Sullivan Beach Road, Lonsdale SA 5160, Australia.
8.2 Service and Warranty telephone number: 1300 650 644. Website: www.seeleyinternational.com.
dealer and installer details requested in the form;
the model and serial number of each relevant indoor and outdoor unit and, for a multi split system, every connected indoor unit;
confirmation that the product is new, purchased and installed in Australia after the commencement date stated in clause 1.4 above and used for personal, domestic, or household heating and cooling purposes at a residential dwelling; and
acceptance of the version of these promotion terms displayed at registration.
5.3 Submitting a registration form does not by itself confirm eligibility for the Promotion and/or the extension of the 5 year Warranty Period in the Base Warranty by a further 2 years as described in clause 2.2 above.
5.4 If the application for registration is incomplete or is missing information required by clause 5.2 above, then at its sole discretion, Seeley International may request further information from the Applicant and the Applicant must provide it. However, Seeley International has no obligation to request further information from the Applicant.
5.5 Where all of the eligibility requirements described in these terms and conditions have not been met by the Applicant, required information is materially false or misleading, evidence has been altered, or the same serial number has already been validly registered, then the 5 year Warranty Period in the Base Warranty will not be extended by an additional 2-year period.
5.6 At all times the onus is on the Applicant to provide evidence satisfactory to Seeley International that the Applicant has met the eligibility requirements described in, and has fully complied with, these terms and conditions.
