Heating and cooling units are to be operated, maintained and serviced as per Owner’s Manual for the product.
Compliance with warranty Terms and Conditions in the Owner’s Manual and any extended warranty documents from the appointed Dealer is required.
*The Breezair, Braemar 7 year comprehensive warranty is available exclusively (i.e. only) if the product is first purchased from Seeley International, by Seeley International participating dealers and not through distributors/wholesalers or trade installers. If it is not, then the warranty period, when the product is used for personal, residential household purposes, is 5 years. In commercial applications (when the product is used for keeping people warm), the warranty period is 5 years, and it is 1 year for non-domestic heating applications. The warranty has terms and conditions, including the requirement for regular servicing of the product in accordance with the owner’s manual. In the fourth year the service must be performed by Seeley International or its appointed nominee.

Each product must have a general maintenance service performed by Seeley International (or its nominated appointee), within the fourth year from its date of purchase. This service will be charged for by Seeley International (or its nominated appointee).
The maintenance requirements set out in the Owner’s Manual must be complied with.
At the time of purchase, the supplying dealer must be a current Seeley International dealer. A list of current dealers can be found on the Seeley International website.
In addition to meeting the conditions set out in this certificate, it is essential to comply with all of the terms and conditions of the warranty, for the particular product purchased. If the product purchased is a ducted evaporative cooler or a ducted gas heater, then if all of these requirements are met, the warranty period when the goods are used for personal, residential household purposes, will be seven (7) years from the date of purchase.
Below outlines the service requirements in year 2 & 4 to obtain your Breezair or Braemar Evaporative air conditioner 7 year warranty:
7 year Comprehensive Warranty*, 10 year cover on all structural components, plus a hefty 25 year cover against corrosion, on its Permatuf® cabinets.
Within the first 6 months of purchasing your product, please register the product warranty by going to www.seeleyinternational.com, click on ‘Get Support’, then click on ‘Register a Warranty’. Warranty Registration must be completed online and cannot be registered by post.
In the fourth year, it will be necessary to apply to Seeley International to have a general maintenance service, performed, and charged for by Seeley International, on the product. To arrange the mandatory service, please either:
– Go to www.seeleyinternational.com, click on ‘Get Support’, then click on ‘Book a service request’ and complete the form
– Call 1300 650 644 to make your booking.
Your 7 year warranty certificate MUST be retained, together with the receipted service invoice, and kept in a safe place, so that they can be produced later should a claim under the warranty be made. (Please note that this is in addition to other documents which need to be retained – refer to your warranty card for further details.)

To log a claim under warranty you must:
Log a claim by emailing warranty@seeleyinternational.com, include the product serial number, description of the fault and attach a copy of the original purchase invoice, within the Warranty Period;
and
return the Goods by prepaid freight within the Warranty Period, together with:
– the legible and unmodified proof of purchase, which clearly indicates your name and address, the date of purchase, the product and model name, product serial number, and
– a copy of the completed Warranty Information page from the manual. Please also provide your daytime telephone number.
